1. SCOPE OF WORK:

2. FINANCIAL:
a. Payment Terms: ? % advance, ?after completing on handover, ? % after ? days of completion.
b. Undated Security Cheque: 10% of Invoice Value to be issued and collected back once warranty period will expire, (For project mor than 10000 JD's)
for any circumstances client will nor en-cash the cheque in case the Diamond Gate Home repair services.Company cover the all warranty points within warranty period.

3. PROGRAMME OF WORKS:
a. Work Duration: _______working days
b. Expected Commencement Date: Upon request of Engineering Dept. and receipt of advance payment
c. Completion Date: _________ working days from commencement
d. Warranty: 1 Year Certificate
e. in case of delay from Diamond Gate Home repair services.Company client has right to put fine of 2% of total project amount /per day and not more in total than 10% from total project.
f. All used materials are subject to be approved by Client in advance.

4. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
a. In case of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Agreement, such dispute shall be settled amicably between the two Parties.
b. Referred to the Local Court in Jordan under the jurisdiction of Jordan Law.
